Paris, 29 June 2023 – TEHTRIS, publisher of the TEHTRIS XDR Platform – a hyperautomated cyber defence solution to combat cyber espionage and sabotage – announces the strengthening of its governance with the creation of three new strategic positions, whose incumbents are joining the TEHTRIS Executive Committee: David Junca, appointed Chief Revenue Officer, Xavier Sérès, appointed Chief Financial Officer and Fanny Stien, appointed Chief People Officer.

After two rounds of financing totalling €64 million over three years (€20 million in 2020 and €44 million in 2022), TEHTRIS is strengthening its organisation to support a new phase in its international growth plan with the announcement of three appointments:

David Junca has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), with responsibility for sales and development of the TEHTRIS partner and customer ecosystem in Europe and worldwide. He will ensure the efficient organisation of the channel, pre-sales, sales, customer success management and marketing teams.

David brings over 25 years of experience in designing and driving Go To Market strategies for enterprise software and SaaS start-ups and scale-ups, which he has seen achieve unicorn status. David has led the activities of these companies in the Americas, EMEA and Asia, in both mature and emerging markets. Since 2022, David Junca has been Chief Revenue Officer at the North American scale-up Digital Healthcare PETAL, following a rich career with Présagis (Montreal, VP Sales & Client Service, 2014-2022), Acronis (Montreal, Vice President of Channel Sales Americas, 2006-2014) and Microsoft (Paris, France Partner Account Manager for Large Account Resellers, 1997 – 2006).

Xavier Sérès has been appointed Chief Financial & Legal Officer (CFO), in charge of TEHTRIS’s financial and legal activities. He will be responsible for financial strategy and for steering future growth operations, such as fund-raising and acquisitions.

With over 20 years’ experience as a CFO Advisory and CFO consultant in the world of technology, Xavier has a wealth of expertise in supporting organisations undergoing change, in both large international groups and scale-ups.

For the last 8 years, Xavier has been CFO at two SaaS players in HR Tech, where he gained valuable experience in managing and structuring hyper-growth international organisations.

Previously Chief Financial & Legal Officer (CFO) at CleverConnect (Meteojob, Visiotalent, Talentry), Xavier also held this position at Training Orchestra between 2015 and 2020, after having worked as CFO Advisory at Kurt Salmon for almost ten years.

In particular, Xavier has raised funds, carried out M&A transactions and opened and supported the development of subsidiaries in Europe and North America.

Fanny Stien has been appointed Chief People Officer (CPO), in charge of Human Resources, career development, legal social provisions in force in each of the countries in which TEHTRIS operates and the transmission of the company’s culture to all employees.

Fanny holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. She joined TEHTRIS in 2019 as HR Business Partner after working as People Experience Lead & Data Specialist at Unilever (2018-2019), where she was involved in the digitalisation and automation of the HR function and in Change Management. Previously, she was HR Career Advisor at Accenture (2017-2018).

“We are delighted to welcome Fanny Stien, David Junca and Xavier Sérès to our Executive Committee. The consolidation of the management team around experienced and committed international profiles supports the new phase of our growth plan, following our strong internationalisation and our second round of financing in October 2022. The new team strengthens the company’s governance and supports sustained activity for the benefit of our customers and partners, enabling TEHTRIS to become the European leader in cybersecurity with an international reach, thanks to the technological power of the TEHTRIS XDR Platform”.
