Megs Suratkal is a seasoned customer experience and success leader, with a proven track record at prominent technology companies such as Red Hat, Acronis, and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE). Prior to TEHTRIS, he served as HPE’s Global Vice President of Customer Experience & Customer Success, overseeing a multi-billion dollar portfolio and leading the significant company transformation from a hardware-centric to a cloud-based business model. His extensive global experience encompasses a wide range of markets and organizations, from startups to large enterprises.

He will also oversee TEHTRIS services organization, encompassing Support Services, Managed Services, Professional Services, Education, and Data Services.
