The GDPR or General Data Protection Regulation entered into application on 25 May 2018.

By using TEHTRIS XDR Platform tools, TEHTRIS acts as a subcontractor following the rules of the GDPR. TEHTRIS processes your technical security data, which may contain personal data, in your name, on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions, as the controller.


Our main goal is to ensure information and network security by providing high quality solutions and services in these areas while also respecting your privacy and personal data.

Privacy by design safeguards are used at every stage of data processing, from the collection of data from your infrastructure to its destruction on our Appliances. The data collected is encrypted and our connections are secure. TEHTRIS has also taken privacy by default measures to comply with the requirements of the GDPR.

According to the GDPR, certifications and codes of conduct can be used as a guarantee. Since January 1, 2017, TEHTRIS has implemented an information systems security program in accordance with ISO/IEC/27001.

TEHTRIS has become known in the global cybersecurity arena through numerous intrusion tests. In this way, by performing our own internal intrusion tests, TEHTRIS meets the requirements of applying test procedures, analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of our security and data protection measures. TEHTRIS requires all its employees performing cybersecurity and data analysis operations to be kept confidential, in order to ensure the confidentiality of the processing and its content.

For its hosting service infrastructure, TEHTRIS has a single subcontractor located in France, certified ISO/27001 and has sufficient guarantees in terms of personal data protection.
