Éléna POINCET

Founder, CEO

Éléna POINCET is the CEO and Co-founder of TEHTRIS, publisher of the TEHTRIS XDR Platform cyber security software, deployed worldwide. Éléna was previously an operational expert in managing and leading specialized teams for the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, where she served for 26 years. Drawing on this technological and operational experience, in 2010 she co-founded TEHTRIS, a company specializes in the fight against cyber-espionage and cyber-sabotage, and in intelligence on cyber-threats. Her mission is to define TEHTRIS’ objectives and strategy, as well as its implementation worldwide, while anticipating legal, financial, HR, technical and commercial developments.

Laurent OUDOT

Founder, CTO

Laurent OUDOT serves TEHTRIS as a co-founder, where his involvement contributes to shaping operations and innovations. His mindful approach to cybersecurity promotes peaceful collaborations with international partners, where shared understanding and togetherness give rise to pragmatic and balanced solutions.
As CTO, Laurent and his team are committed to delivering solid and effective defense against cyber threats globally with the TEHTRIS XDR Platform.
A holder of an engineering degree from ENSEIRB-MATMECA and an Executive Master’s from École Polytechnique, his dedication to the continuous advancement of cyber protection and knowledge sharing resonates throughout the company and beyond.

Fanny Stien

Chief People Officer (CPO)

Fanny joined TEHTRIS in 2019. After several years as HR Business Partner, she joined the Executive Committee in 2023 as Chief People Officer.

After studying psychology, Fanny turned to the field of human resources. Her objective? To contribute to the dissemination of TEHTRIS’ culture and values in order to bring our teams and future employees on board! To do this, Fanny is in charge of accompanying each and every one of them in their career to allow for professional fulfillment. Fanny is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the legal social provisions in force in each of our countries of operation.

Thanks to this, every day, we participate in the cyber-peace, while creating new jobs in France and in the world.

Megs Suratkal

Chief Customer Experience Officer

Megs Suratkal brings a unique approach to customer experience by uniting two critical disciplines: enhancing cybersecurity through intuitive, user-centered design and strengthening UX with robust security measures. His mission is to create seamless, value-driven experiences across all touchpoints—digital, product, and human-led—while ensuring organizations achieve their business objectives with cyber resilience as the foundation. By embedding these principles into TEHTRIS’ comprehensive services—spanning Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, Education, and Data Services—Megs drives a unified strategy to guide customers through complex digital transformation journeys.

Megs’ career spans over 25 years of global leadership, including transforming Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) from a hardware-centric business to an “as-a-service” (aaS) cloud organization. At HPE GreenLake, he pioneered “Customer Experience” and “Customer Success” strategies for the “aaS” model, redefining how businesses deliver value in the cloud-first era.

Beyond HPE, Megs has held leadership roles at Red Hat, Camunda, Acronis, and Convergys Corporation, managing technical operations for industry leaders like Microsoft and AT&T. His deep expertise in cybersecurity, customer success, and as-a-service delivery models has made him a trusted leader in technology.

Megs believes that exceptional cybersecurity experiences require simplifying complex technologies, deeply understanding user personas, and proactively addressing customer needs.At TEHTRIS, he leverages his expertise to unify cybersecurity and UX, creating solutions that reduce user errors and abandonment, streamline secure interactions, provide effective user training, and encourage intuitive, secure behaviors. This delicate balance ensures users can navigate systems with ease and confidence, while fostering an environment where security and UX complement each other harmoniously, enabling organizations to navigate digital transformation with resilience and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Eric Brégand

Chief Product Officer

Éric Brégand drives the development and global positioning of the TEHTRIS XDR AI PLATFORM, along with the management of its suite of solutions. Leveraging TEHTRIS’s proprietary AI technologies, CYBERIA, Éric is committed to designing solutions that are sustainable, simple to adopt, fast to deploy, and built for effortless scalability—all aligned with the company’s Go-to-Market strategy.

With a strong Anglo-Saxon culture, Éric collaborates closely with R&D teams to drive the industrialization of software production, enabling the company to scale its operations globally while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

Prior to TEHTRIS, Éric led transformative projects that have shaped industries. At eFront, he restructured product and marketing offerings during a pivotal transformation phase, driving international growth and facilitating its acquisition by BlackRock. He also successfully steered the transformation of TEMIS, a high-tech AI start-up, securing prestigious clients in healthcare, security, and publishing while expanding operations into the U.S. and Europe.

He has been instrumental at Business Objects, where he honed his expertise in software production and innovation, formalizing best practices for large-scale software development, and managing over 500 engineers worldwide. His contributions ensured the delivery of high-quality solutions to more than half a million users globally, reinforcing Business Objects’ leadership in the business intelligence market.

At the very early stage of his career, Éric developed some of the first machine learning models well before the rise of AI, positioning him as a pioneer in integrating advanced analytics into software solutions. His early work laid the foundation for what is now standard in AI-driven technology, showcasing his visionary approach and deep understanding of emerging trends.

Graduating as an engineer from Supelec, Éric’s career reflects a dedication to technological innovation, operational excellence, and delivering impactful solutions that create value for global markets, serving as a blueprint for success in multiple industries.

David JUNCA

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

David serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at TEHTRIS. His mission is to expand the ecosystem of Partners and Customers, in Europe and also globally, while scaling the organization and build superior efficiencies across the front-end departments such as: Partners, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Marketing departments.

David brings 25+ years of experience in designing and driving Go To Market strategies for enterprise software and SaaS start-ups and scale-ups, and seeing them reach unicorn status. David successfully completed 5 career relocations, and ran multiple lines of business in the Americas, EMEA and Asia, in both mature and emerging markets.

An MBA graduate, David is acting as an agent of business and cultural transformation. His ambition for TEHTRIS is to build a Customer-centric, multi-cultural and high performing leadership team, and leverage TEHTRIS’ cutting edge technology to help both Partners and Customers fight against cyber-espionage and cyber-sabotage and create a safer world.

Xavier SERES

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Xavier joined TEHTRIS in May 2023 as Chief Financial & Legal Officer (CFO).

With more than 20 years of professional experience as a consultant in CFO advisory and as a CFO in the Tech industry, Xavier has a strong expertise in supporting organizations undergoing major changes, both in large international groups and in scale-ups.

Over the last 8 years Xavier has been CFO at two SaaS players in the HR Tech, where he has gained valuable experience in managing and structuring hyper-growth international organizations. In particular, Xavier raised funds, carried out M&A operations, and opened and then supported the development of subsidiaries in Europe and North America.

Xavier’s role is to manage all TEHTRIS’ financial and legal activities. He works closely with the co-founders to develop sound financial strategies and lead future growth operations such as fund-raising or acquisitions.
