The Board gathers TEHTRIS’ co-founder and main investors (permanent members and observers), who define the company’s general direction and key priorities together.

Richard Vacher Detournière, Executive Chairman – TEHTRIS
Richard Vacher Detournière, an independent board member of TEHTRIS for nearly three years, brings to the team extensive experience gained in senior general management and financial roles within large international technology companies. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at the pharmaceutical company Provepharm Life Solutions (France, United States), as well as Deputy CEO and CFO at Odigo (a SaaS platform for customer relationship management), Group CFO at Verimatrix (content and application protection software, Europe, United States), and at Inside Secure (secure contactless semiconductors, Europe, United States, Asia). Earlier in his career, Richard spent 12 years as an investor in the private equity and venture capital sector, based in France and Silicon Valley, California. He began his career as a consultant in audit and transaction support services in France and Central Europe. Richard holds a degree from Amiens Business School and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance.

Laurent Oudot, Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer and co-founder – TEHTRIS
Laurent OUDOT, serves TEHTRIS as a co-founder, where his involvement contributes to shaping operations and innovations. His mindful approach to cybersecurity promotes peaceful collaborations with international partners, where shared understanding and togetherness give rise to pragmatic and balanced solutions.
As CTO, Laurent and his team are committed to delivering solid and effective defense against cyber threats globally with the TEHTRIS XDR AI PLATFORM.
A holder of an engineering degree from ENSEIRB-MATMECA and an Executive Master’s from École Polytechnique, his dedication to the continuous advancement of cyber protection and knowledge sharing resonates throughout the company and beyond.

Guillaume Girard, Managing Partner – Jolt Capital
Having worked previously throughout Europe and the USA, Guillaume Girard has extensive investment, advisory & operational experience. Prior to Jolt Capital, he was most recently Associate Director at A Plus Finance, responsible for technology & growth transactions where he oversaw and executed numerous investments & exits.
Preceding this, Guillaume was Managing Partner of Seenago, a strategic & financial advisory boutique specifically handling assignments relating to growth financing and restructuring. In addition, Guillaume has held roles including; Partner at Sophia Euro Lab, Vice President at both PwC Securities and Mercator Capital, and also serving time as a Senior analyst with Orange USA. Guillaume is a graduate of the University of Paris Descartes with a major in Finance and Accounting, and of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion where he gained his Master in Finance.
Guillaume is currently on the board of TEHTRIS, EfficientIP and Mobsuccess.

François Lavaste, Executive Director – Tikehau Capital
François Lavaste joined Tikehau Ace Capital as Partner in 2019 after spending 7 years at Airbus, where he had held various general management positions in the field of cybersecurity, in particular CEO of Airbus Cybersecurity, Founder & CEO of Stormshield and Head of Digital Security and Data Governance for the Defence and Space division.
Prior to that, François headed Netasq, a major player in network security (sold to Airbus in 2012), and worked for more than 10 years in the United States for various Silicon Valley technology start-ups (e.g. Brightmail, a pioneering anti-spam filtering company, sold to Symantec in 2004). He is a graduate of ESCP Business School and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Pierre Garnier, Managing Partner – Jolt Capital
Pierre Garnier, Managing Partner at Jolt Capital, has over 30 years of operational and C-suite experience across large corporates and scale-ups, in sectors such as semiconductors, hardware, software and cybersecurity. Prior to joining Jolt Capital, Pierre was most recently President of e2v-semiconductor, a leader in the semiconductor market for aerospace & defence where he accelerated growth of 15% in less than a year before its sale to the Teledyne Group in 2017.
Preceding this, Pierre served as COO of Inside Secure (EUR: INSD) where he led its transformation from a semiconductor player into an embedded software security leader. Pierre has also held various other top executive roles including VP & General Manager of the Wireless BaseBand Business Unit at Texas Instruments (TI), CEO at Everbee Networks, and General Manager of the Broadband Chipset Business Unit at Alcatel Microelectronics (now part of ST-Microelectronics).
Pierre holds an Engineering degree from École Supérieure d’Électricité (Supélec), and a Master of Solid State Physics from UPMC (Pierre and Marie Curie University).
He is currently on the boards of UnitySC, Microoled and Interel, and an observer on the boards of EfficientIP and TEHTRIS.

Mayeul De Pierrefeu, Associate – Tikehau Capital
Mayeul de Pierrefeu joined Tikehau Ace Capital as an Associate in 2021 after spending over 3 years as a strategy consultant at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), where he contributed to various assignements including several Due Diligences for Technology & Sofware companies.
He is a graduate of ESCP Business School and studied on the Paris and Berlin campuses.

Alexandra PAILHES, Head of Investments – OPEN CNP
Alexandra Pailhes is head of investments at Open CNP, CNP Assurances’ corporate venture fund, which invests in and supports start-ups in France and Europe. With a portfolio of more than 18 investments, notably in the cybersecurity, fintech, insurtech and climate sectors, the aim is to support startups in line with the CNP Assurances group’s core businesses.
Alexandra began her career in London and has extensive international experience in non-quoted investments with institutional investors in France and the UK.
Alexandra is also an active member of CFA Society France and continues to participate regularly in initiatives promoting diversity in the financial industry.
